this section is designed to help you create and maintain the body and the mental awareness which will aid you in executing your dance training in a more effective way. it is divided into 2 parts: the building of the muscular strength , as well as the mental awareness & the flexibility to execute the required and desired movements. keep in mind that the quality of exercising takes precedence over quantity.
